Close to FGCU, I-75, Highway 41 and Gulf Coast Town Center. City water (no well water). Tenants are responsible for utilities (electricity, water and internet). The owner pays for trash service. A high efficiency Air Conditioning system (16 SEER) was installed in 2014 and block construction and tile flooring keeps the cold air insulated within the house. The water bills are low because the house is on a septic system (not city sewer). Laundry room is located within the house and not in the garage. New septic system installed in April 2021 and new roof in April 2023. The tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn.
