This 4.4 acre wooded lot is located just a couple miles south of the Village of Red Creek in Wayne County. This lot is near the intersection of Route 104A and 104. The topography is almost completely level with very small elevation changes, and is heavily wooded with maple, ash, beech, and a good share of mature hemlock. There was a fresh snow when I walked the property and there was a good amount of deer sign. If you're into snowmobiling, there is a main artery trail that runs along Route 104 with a gas station and local diner just a half mile up the road. The state road easement area is very wide between this property and the road's edge. Currently, there is no driveway installed but there is an ATV-walking trial to access the property.
