Our house sits right on Lake Superior, atop a lava rock cliff, on the "Gold Coast" of Eagle Harbor. The living room, dining area, and kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the lighthouse and harbor entrance. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, each of which have lots of closet space. There is also a smaller room off the entry way that could easily be turned into an office or kid's room. There is a one car garage, small workshop, and one and a half bathrooms with a shower/bath. There is also a back deck overlooking the lake that runs the full length of the house. The Eagle Harbor Inn is a ten minute walk through town, and during the summer months, ice cream at the Shoreline Resort is a five minute walk. Because our home is on M-26 Dr. close access to a well-plowed road is assured during the winter months. We are open to six month, one-year, two-year, and three-year leases.
