Covered parking for one vehicle, plus additional guest parking. Wi-fi internet, cable TV, and all utilities included. A full-service grocery store (Publix) is less than 2 miles away. Bayfront park is 1/2 mile away and has pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard courts, kayak rentals, and a playground. There are bike paths the length of the island, with a bike rental shop down the street. Several casual and fine dining options are within close proximity on Longboat Key. St. Armand's Circle, with its exceptional shopping and dining amenities, is a 10-minute drive. From there, cross the beautiful Ringling bridge and in minutes, be in the center of downtown Sarasota, which is well known for world-class theatre, dining, opera, ballet, symphony, comedy, art galleries, the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, and, the Van Wezel; home to Broadway and other professional entertainment. To the north, there are several new restaurants in Longbeach Village and Bridge Street on Bradenton Beach is a 13-minute drive. Bayport is a 30-day minimum rental property. Check in after: 5:00PM.
