One of the best things about this home is its location. It's hard to find a home that's so close to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach at an affordable rent. I also love that we are in a cul-de-sac, so we don't get much traffic. The actual home is lovely with a lush backyard and 2 large decks to relax on. There is a lovely dining room area for entertaining or just eating breakfast, with large windows that look out over the front yard. This is a neighborhood where people feel safe and know their neighbors. Community members have access to the lake for fishing, kayaking, or birdwatching. There are good schools in the neighborhood, and in fact, one of the teachers lives next door! Our street is lined with oak trees - so beautiful and very Southern charm-like.
