We welcome you to stay in this peaceful and centrally-located private guesthouse! This is a safe residential neighborhood with the perks of having an 85 walk score. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and an 8 min drive to the beach! Not to mention the close proximity to LAX without the airplane noise so you can be sure to sleep soundly. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress, a table for dining, and an armchair to relax. We also have a flat-screen TV with a sound bar and a Blu-Ray player with a collection of DVDs and a Firestick for entertainment. The home comes with fully upgraded stainless steel appliances and luxury furnishings such as a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and oven. For security, the front door is equipped with a Schlage lock in addition to multiple external Ring Cameras and floodlights (there are no cameras inside the unit). There is a shared yard with a basketball hoop you are welcome to use anytime that is shared with my partner, me, and our mini poodle (we are not in this space very often so it is mostly private). Although we don't have a washer/dryer in the unit we can offer laundry services with our housekeeper for $15 a load.
