Specifically, the grandparents will be staying in that space. The grandparents will use one side of the house and access the back patio to cook, wash dishes, and do laundry once a week (on Tuesdays). The patio has a dedicated outdoor kitchen, sink, and laundry area. They will only access the patio for these purposes and will not interfere with your living space. They are very quiet, respectful, and friendly. To accommodate this arrangement, the landlord will cover the front yard gardening service and take care of the backyard maintenance. In addition, the landlord will provide you with $100/month to offset the grandparents' share of utilities (gas, electricity, internet, and water). Please take this information into consideration.
