Each studio layout has one main room, as well as separate rooms for kitchen, bathroom and small closet. There is a shared garden in between the buildings available to all residents. Utilities- Utilities have separate meters. Tenants put electric and gas directly in their name. Water and trash are split amongst the number of tenants residing on property. Historically it is around 65-90 per month. Appliances- Landlord to maintain stove and wall heater. Tenants get and maintain their own fridge, window A/C, and any other appliances.
