Second floor condo, 1 bed, 2 bath. Directly across the road from the Gulf and has a view of the Santa Rosa Sound from the covered balcony. The community also has a pool. Stocked kitchen with granite countertops includes all necessary cooking items. Standard kitchen appliances plus a few electronics such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Complex does not have an elevator - stairs only. Non-refundable deposit to hold the rental equal to 50% of one month rent. The other half of first month rent will be due prior to accessing the unit. Snow bird rental! Available for any period between Thursday December 17th up to a departure date of Friday March 12th Minimum one month stay. No pets per condo association rules. Maximum occupancy of up to two adults.
