We have two bedrooms in this three bedroom unit that are for rent. One of the tenants who is a graduate student is moving down into the basement and staying for another year. Each bedroom is $600. Great place with a great location with close proximity to the Spring Creek trail, CSU and PVH. Upstairs has two bedroom each with their own bathroom and the washer and dryer. I will pay for the HOA but you need to pay for internet, cable and gas. No smoking. Pets are negotiable with a post term cleaning fee.
