Charming East Capitol Hill area, walking distance to beautiful Cheesman Park, Whole Foods, King Soopers and many restaurants. Boarder with Wash Park and Cherry Creek areas and a whole lot Health Centers. The unit has a lot ventilation as it's a corner unit on the back, which is calmer. Bathtube and Plenty of street parking by front street and some on back alley, which you can see from liv room window. Building heater works well. It's a small unit but has 1 bedroom, kitchen with NO DW but plenty of storage room, utensils, espresso maker, 2 ceramic pots ( 1 large , 1 small) that can go into oven or be used over the stove, 4 burners stove with great stove and it comes with a cleaning kit. I have plants but if tenant prefers I can remove it, parcially or totally. All rugs are washable. My bed is an inflatable bed from costco, which is new and bug free and anti-microbial. Very comfortable, and cleanable. You can keep plugged on or not but it inflates by power. My back loves it. Our water pipes on the street have been redone about 6 months ago. Cleaner water. The building is older but everything works. Manager lives in the building and takes care of any issue as soon as possible. He is a gentleman, we enjoy respectful and kind communication here. I am very pleased about this place. Laundry room is by gym, see photos please. It's by quarters, $2 to wash and $2 to dry. No admin fees. Thanks! This is a SHORT TERM rental of min of 3 months and Max 4 months staying. There is suppose to be a unit available in the building next spring in case you would like to stay but you would have to furnish it. There is a cleaning fee of $60 but if it needs a deep cleaning it bumps to $120. Please reach out with questions. No rental insurance but there is a background check, an interview and a contract of 3 months enforcement. Thanks!
