Many upgrades and den can be converted back to 4th bedroom if needed From the owners: The thing that I have liked the most about this house is all of the windows in the kitchen area. I could look out the windows while cooking and since we don't have a house directly behind us, always had a great view of the sky to the north. The lot includes fruit trees - lemon, orange, apple, fig, and key lime that we planted as well as several varieties of grape vines. The large, covered back porch allowed our kids to play yet not have to be in the sun when they were young. A couple other things that make this house special are the updated stainless steel appliances, brand new faucets, and travertine shower.
