10,644 sq ft of business & living quarters. What a great place this has been for me and my family. We have had over 4000 sq ft of living space and over 6000 sq ft of space for our business. The living space is 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, over 600 sq ft of storage space & a garage that has a door big enough you can back a semi truck in to unload. The business could be 1 big space or 2 different businesses both good size. I chose to do a bar/billiards with the bigger space (4200sq ft) and I wanted to do another smaller business with the smaller space (1800 sq ft) but I never had the time.
