Kootenai Health is less than 2 miles away! 5 min drive, 10 min bike ride or a 25 min walk. Main level consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. The living room boasts a beautiful new Article Leather couch to relax in, modern fireplace with Samsung Frame TV above it and a simple work space for those working remotely. Each bedroom on the main level has a queen bed with down comforter, sitting chair and closet for clothes/suitcases. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals for your group. Enjoy your meal at the peninsula or at the dining table located just off the kitchen. On one end of the upstairs is a reading nook, with a relaxing view of the maple trees out the window. The middle of the upstairs has a couch, 2 bean bags and game table. The other end of the upstairs has 2 twin beds. Relax on the covered front porch while enjoying one another's company and soaking in the charming setting! Corn hole and Spikeball are available for added enjoyment. BBQ on the covered back deck while the sun sets. Below the back deck you will see off street parking. You are welcome to park there if you would prefer to park off street. We always park directly in front of the house, on the street, as it is far more convenient for coming and going. Street parking is free, so no worries there. There is a basement unit that houses long term tenants. They have their own private entrance from the off street parking area in the back, so chances are you won't see them while you are there. Their vehicles will be visible from the back deck, but that may be all you see of them. They are a wonderful young couple. Very friendly if you do happen to cross paths with them. Having said that, when we are there we spend our time outside on the front porch, so we rarely see them. (Once you arrive you will understand why we spend our time out front. The front porch is an absolutely charming setting!)
