Our home has two units. You will have access to the entire top two stories of our home. There is a separate entrance for the short term renters visiting on the first level. There is off street parking available for up to three vehicles in the shared back parking area, as well as, room for two vehicles for our downstairs guests. Conveniently located one block to UTC campus and less than 2 miles to downtown Chattanooga. Our home is also within walking distance to the Chattanooga Riverwalk. Renters are responsible for utilities. We do not allow smoking or pets.
