Smoking: Smoking (vaping included) is prohibited in any area in or on the Premises and on the Property, both private and common, whether enclosed or outdoors. Maintenance and Repairs: The landlord will be responsible for compliance with Florida Statutes 83.51 and will have the responsibility to maintain the Property in good repair at all times and perform all repairs necessary to satisfy any implied warranty of habitability.
