Very open, many walls were eliminated while in construction so it opened the house up. I had this done while it was being built. Refused any "broken" sheet rock, demanded it be replaced (it was) as some had been nailed and therefore broken in the process. Builder just did not like me, but I felt, it was to be MY HOME and would not accept damaged stuff. Have a very large yard, it is the second largest in the subdivision, narrow in front, but very wide in back. Just a great home and all I need for us. Been very happy here and continue to be so.
