Since 2007 we have: -Reroofed with metal -Replaced the bladder tank on the well -Installed new carpet in bedrooms and living room -Installed new wood laminate floors in kitchen & dining room, & bathrooms -Built a front porch -Installed a shed with lean-to -Replaced A/C package unit Neighborhood Description Baker County has a small town feel to it and is populated with friendly country people. It is a slow paced area, yet near Jacksonville. The neighborhood in which this home is located is filled with helpful, caring, friendly people. This is a great neighborhood to live in whether you have or do not have children. I lived here for 3 years and not once have I ever had a problem with anyone. When I would leave on vacations I never worried about my home because I knew that my neighbors would be keeping an eye out for me. You couldn't ask for a better place to live! :)
