    Garden level unit that was completely remodeled three years ago is located in a quiet neighborhood, but still within a 10 minute drive of Capital Hill and Downtown Denver. Trader Joe's and Snooze, as well as many other restaurants are within walking distance. The kitchen has relatively new stainless steel appliances (two-three years old) and granite slab counter. The bathroom has also been redone. Free washer/dryer comes with the unit. Parking is on the street, but there are always nearby spots available. There are two, separate private rooms (one is larger), and one shared bathroom. The total rent is $1,300 per month, to be shared by the tenant(s). I'd ideally be able to sign at least a year long lease. A security deposit of 1.5 times the monthly rent is due at the lease signing. A 35 dollar application fee is required for proper background and credit checks. This fee is not refundable. The unit is currently available and open. Please write an email if interested in a showing. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Water and trash is included. Pets will require additional monthly fee of 50 dollars - large animals would not be a good fit.
