Our cabin is a very private, well maintained, detached accessory dwelling unit. The owners occupy the main house. There is a short walk and steps leading down to the rental unit. We are a quiet household and seek a quiet tenant. A few friends for barbecuing and swimming is fine. No large parties or events. There are several swimming beaches and parks nearby for large groups The cabin has attached storage and a nice deck. The dock is shared. The location on Lake Washington is exposed to wind and waves/wakes. Therefore, no watercraft may be tied to the dock at any time. Tenant may store up to two small non-motorized craft next to cabin Multiple bus stops nearby; 1 mile to light rail. Appliances: Microwave, Electric Oven and Range, Refrigerator. No Dishwasher. W/D hookups. Electric baseboard heating. No pets. No smoking. No Drugs. Basic internet and cable TV included. Reasonable garbage included. Tenant pays electricity and portion of water. 1 off-street parking spot for small-midsize car. Renters insurance is required. No co-signers. $75 application fee per applicant. Credit & criminal background check required (will not accept a comprehensive reusable screening report by a consumer reporting agency). References from previous housing providers covering a minimum of 24 months 4.
