The Kitchen Clean-as-You-Go: All dishes, pots, and pans must be washed, dried, and put away (or placed in the dishwasher) immediately after use. No dishes left in the sink overnight. Countertops: Surfaces must be wiped down after cooking to prevent stains or pests. Fridge/Pantry: You will have the top two shelves in the fridge and designated cabinet. Please do not use any food or condiments that aren't yours without asking. Appliances: Please ensure they are unplugged/turned off after use. 2. Laundry Room Schedule: Tenant may regularly use the washer/dryer on agreed upon day of the week. Clearance: Do not leave clothes in the machines overnight.
