This is a large lot with lawns in front and rear yards. Landscape maintenance is paid by owner. 2 car garage with parking for 3 more cars in the driveway and 2 cars outside the gate. The yards are fully fenced (6-7') with a beautiful clear cedar privacy fence in front. Electric gate opens into a lushly landscaped yard. The modern house is designed in a tropical "island" style with large overhangs, lots of glass and 20(!) skylights.
