There will be a one time $1350 deposit that is reimbursed at the end of your lease term if no damages are done. All renters have to pay first months utilities open move in. There is free internet. All renters are required to have renters insurance that you could purchase from all the major insurance providers (GIEKO, Lemonade, State Farm, Etc.) that can cost you anywhere from $5-$15. If you do not purchase your own, we will automatically put you on ours and charge you a $13.50 insurance fee. The apartment is located just one block away from the YSU campus as well as a few different local restaurants adjacent to a large park (Wick Park). If it is listed there are still availabilities.
