There is central heating and we are finishing up the mini-split (A/C and heating) on the other side of the duplex and this side will follow. It is conveniently located between St. Anthony's Hospital and Lutheran Hospital. Utilities: Owner pays all utilities except for gas and electric which tenant is responsible for. Snow removal is also the tenant's responsibility but this can be discussed for a fee. Including: Water, sewer, trash/recycle, Quantum Fiber Wi-Fi, and yard maintenence. Pets: We are open to considering small dogs. Lease: Lease length can be flexible but would prefer 6 or 12 month leases.
