Utilities will be transferred into the renter's name and any final unpaid utilities will be paid out of the security deposit when the transfer back is made. Lawn maintenance is included in the rent. Internet is included in the rent. Any pet damage will be taken out of the $1000.00 pet deposit. Should the damage exceed $1000.00 the renter will be responsible for the total amount of the damage. Housekeeping is not included in this lease. Upon the termination or end of lease the following must be done to get your security deposit back. All dishes washed and put away All furniture must be back like it was when you arrived. Empty all trash into the provided can and place the can by the end of the driveway. Empty the refrigerator. Remove all condiments from the house. Basically, leave the house like you found it with exception of the linens. You must schedule date and time for checkout as we will have a representative there to do a walk through. (2 days' notice required.)
