We are the original owners of this home . The sales price that you have listed for what we paid for this home is incorrect ( and has been since day 1 ). You have a sales price of $150,000.00 .....we had 2 closings because of doing a construction perm loan. The $150,000.00 is what we paid for the lot. The final sales price on that home was over $575,000.00 ( before we added in the pool/spa ). It would be nice to see this info updated ( finally ). Thank-you, Andrea Conway
