It is about 30 ft from the shoreline and has a great view of the entire lake with beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The lake freezes every winter is very good for fishing and snowmobiling. There is a free public boat launch area off of Long Lake Rd. There are two bedrooms each with a set of twin beds and a spare room with a full-sized pull out mattress and a large couch in the living room. This cottage can comfortably sleep 6-7. - Renter will cover basic utilities with Consumer's Energy (Gas and electric). - The owner pays for high-speed internet service ($65 per month), and trash services ($30 per month)
