Sunset Beach is located halfway between Treasure Island and St. Petersburg Beach in Florida. Seasonal Vacation Rental May-Nov-$600 Weekly-$1300 Monthly Dec-Apr-$800 Weekly- $1800 Monthly Rates are subject to 13% Florida tax and $70 cleaning fee. A $200 security deposit must be received to hold reservation. Your deposit will be refunded after inspection of unit less any damages. Check-in time 3:00pm, check-out time 10:00am.
