The rent is $1995 per month until February 28,2019. The actual price is $2205 per month but I am going to aid $210 per month for the future tenants. The unit is 100 steps away from nearby supermarkets and malls. There is also a one-time $1000 deposit for new tenants. Importantly, the rent will be $2295 per month after the lease is expired.
