We're a 16 person sleep pod community one block from Alamo Square. Our goal is to create a supportive home that fosters belonging while offering affordable rent. We host a Monday night dinner to foster connection between housemates: THE APARTMENT While your sleeping quarters is small, there is lots of common space including: - A large kitchen to handle your cooking needs. - A gigantic dining room table to enjoy communal meals. - Several work areas - Lots of comfy couches for chillaxing and connecting with your roommates. - 3 full size bathrooms - High speed wifi YOUR SLEEP POD - Each cozy pod comes with an 8" thick memory foam mattress, heavy down comforter, electrical outlets and lighting. Our twin XL mattresses comfortably sleep anyone 6'5" or shorter. We've found that the idea of sleeping in a box wards off most mainstream humans. We seem to attract nomads, creatives and nerds. Let's Be Buds is an eclectic mix of folks. Most of us tend to be creatives and nerds. We welcome all ages but the majority of our community is 25-35 yo.
