Dogs, cats ok with $400 pet fee. The yard is my favorite part about this building. It has a grill, firepit, lights, chairs and a table, and the neighbors are all amazing. Super quiet, safe, tree-lined street and you are a 5-15 minute walk to both Humboldt Park and Smith Park. Rent is $1200/month. You will sign a new lease (9/1/21-9/1/22).
