Golfview Flats offers spacious apartment living in a quiet Sunrise setting. Select apartments feature golf course or waterfront views, private balconies with glass railings, oversized floor plans, and in-unit washers and dryers. Conveniently located near downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Sawgrass Mills, Metropica, and area shopping, dining, and entertainment. All occupants age 18 or older must apply and pay a $150 non-refundable application fee. Screening includes credit, background, rental history, and income verification. Combined verifiable household income must equal at least three times the monthly rent. Applicants must provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of income, a payment ledger from their current residence, and employment verification and/or rental references, as applicable. In addition to rent, residents pay $5 monthly for pest control, $15 monthly for trash service, and monthly water, sewer, and garbage reimbursements based on apartment size. Security deposits are based on credit and overall screening results. Applicants with credit scores of 700 or higher generally require at least one month's rent; scores of 600699 generally require at least two months' rent. Applicants who do not meet minimum screening criteria may not qualify. A $40 monthly fee applies per approved pet. Assistance animals are reviewed separately as reasonable-accommodation requests and are not subject to pet fees, breed restrictions, or weight restrictions.
