Research proves that the Green Glue, that never dries, dampens the low frequency sound waves. The shared wall was given special consideration in this process. Actually there are two walls one inch apart from each other separating you from your neighbor. The science followed here is Mass-Air-Mass in order to dampen sound traveling through walls. The builder used almost no wall insulation here, and in the remodeling process, new soundproof insulation was used. The result was astounding! Zero noise penetration through this shared double wall was recorded during the test! NOTHING, NOTHING can be heard from the other side! Every condo with a shared wall needs to have this tedious process done. In general people move in and try to accommodate to here and there noise coming from the other side, but why should be so? The next step: All outside window glass was replaced. No need to worry about foggy windows in cold season. Lastly, EVERYTHING INSIDE IS BRAND NEW! Whirlpool top of the line appliances, granite countertops, new and taller 36” custom made kitchen cabinets, new bathrooms from ground up. Lifetime warranty waterproof laminate throughout, no transition boards. New interior two panel doors, entry doors, one storm door. Newly painted garage, walls and floor. Basically this is a brand new condo. Why this tedious remodeling project? I did it for my wife and myself planning to move in. It was supposed to be our last place here on Earth.
