The toilet is a regular one, not a trailer-type. It is a 1999 Sandpiper with 2 slide outs. It is fully furnished and has mini blinds at all windows. There are roll-down awnings on both sides. The only thing anyone would need to move in would be sheets and towels. The couch is a fold-out, but the condominium only allows 2 residents per bedroom, thus only 4 residents are allowed. There is a boat ramp. Dockage is available, but you have to get on a waiting list (extra fee). Also, there are rental spaces for boat trailers (extra fee). This lot and unit are also for sale.
