I have one room available for Rent. Is on the 2nd floor. So will be hard for disabled individuals. It's a smoke friendly household. Vaping okay inside. Outside in the yard for everything else. Must be okay with inside Cats, and outside dogs. The dogs outside will be in cages if I'm not home until the dogs get use to you. One couple has a cat that will stay in there room. I have 2 indoor dogs that will stay lock in my room. 3 cats that will roam the house. 4 outside dogs that'll be in cages unless I'm home. Only street parking available 6 month - a year lease only. First month and last month rent required. No security deposit. Instead of security deposit I will ask $25 a month for house hold necessities. You don't have to clean any part of the house, your only responsibility is your room. We share a kitchen and an icebox, we don't share food unless offered, washer/dryer included. All utilities will be divided equally. Rent payment will be due by the 10th of each month. Utilities will vary depending on due date. Living room is not furnished. Room is located in Waianae. 6 months to a year. First and last month is due on arrival Must let me know one month prior to lease being up if you want to extend or not.
