The kitchen is ideal for those who like to cook and there's an office nook with a desk where you can set yourself up to work online or write. The condo also has a Murphy bed and a dining table on casters for maximizing the use of the space. You can close the bed up and set the table for lunch! The lanai overlooks the pool and has an excellent view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets! The West side of Oahu has some of the most beautiful beaches on the island from Makaha Beach Park to Yokohama. This apartment is available for 6-12 months. After the term is expired, it is available on a month-to-month basis for a duration as agreed upon by myself and the renter. Renter is responsible for opening accounts for Internet and Electricity service. If there any issues with behavior, excessive noise, or other complaints, I reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately. This is a no smoking unit.
