Preference will be given to someone willing to sign a 4 month lease that transitions to month-to-month. Perfect timing to get you to the summer rental market. The unit works best as a two bedroom with a couple separate living spaces. This is definitely a space for someone who cares more about location than finishes of their kitchen/bathroom. The kitchen and baths need some TLC but there is no better place to live for a few months. Heat is included. You'll be responsible for electric and internet. Off street parking can be included for an additional price. Background and credit/reference checks required. No smoking, no sublets, no unauthorized roommates
