Spacious and well maintained 2/1 condo with park and river views. The $355 monthly fee covers water, cable (better than basic) , internet (with WiFi), pest control (inside and outside), pool care, lawn care, building maintenance, building insurance and trash pickup. New roof in December 2019, new stairs in July 2020... expect new balcony later this month. Bathroom was remodeled several years ago. Fridge was bought new in 2018, washer & dryer were recently replaced with newer units. Conventional financing ok, I will not begin showing it until mid to late July, but I can close quickly after that. Zillow values the home at $106k and a similar ground floor unit is about to close at $108k. I prefer to deal with few people so a full price-no contingency offer will eliminate the possibility of a bidding war and make buying easy (as opposed to those stupid “highest and best” games some people play… I’ve had my heart set on a few properties in the past that I’ve lost after giving a full price offer because of that bs and have no desire to cause anyone else the same grief)
