This, along with the white string lights outside set the tone for good vibes. Popular place for locals to meet up and grab a beer, food, and hangout.) Cafe Mercato - (upscale sit down Italian food restaurant. I recommend the brick oven pizza and fettuccine alfredo. They're amazing.) North County - (Baja fresh. They are known for their tacos a-la-carte and wide selection of Tequila! Quickly became our favorite hangout spot often playing Reggae music. Try the Blueberry Lavender Mojito. You won't regret it.) Officers Club - (Modern American cuisine. Best about this place is live PIANO music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights! This place has a great vibe. If you're in the mood to have a cocktail while listening to beautiful live piano music, this is the spot for you. Post up at the bar or grab a table. It's very nice.) Woodgrain Bagel & Deli - (Breakfast place. They have an assortment of Bagels, coffee, and other breakfast foods. It's quaint, peaceful, and always putting out yummy smells of fresh baked breads. I'm a fan.) within a 10 to 15 minute walk you have... 1. Tavern, an American style sports bar with an underground music venue which I didn't discover until after almost a year of living here. Now you don't have to wait that long. Check it out, it's very cool. 2. Safeway Grocery Store 3. Starbucks Coffee 4. Einstein Bagels 5. Walters 303 Brick Oven Pizza 6. Orangetheory Fitness 7. Lowry Liquor Store 8. many other stores and places to eat. Too many to list but check it out on Google maps to see all the places. 5 minute bike ride from the townhouse...(20 minute walk) NOW OPEN! only 2 years old, is a brand new hot spot with restaurants, shopping etc.. called Boulevard One. Includes all these amazing places below. 1. Neighborhood Target 2. MOD Pizza 3. Torchy's Tacos 4. YogaSix 5. I Scream Gelato 6. Clark's Market (Gourmet grocery store) 7. Denver Beer Co. This townhouse is all about location. I can go on and on. You are also very close to the popular Glendale / Cherry Creek area with lots of nightlife, restaurants, boutiques, high end stores / shopping, Cherry Creek Shopping Mall etc... This is where we do most of our grocery shopping. There is Natural Grocers, Whole Foods and more. Lots of beautiful parks to visit and trails to ride bikes on in this area near the townhouse. One of our favorite things to do on the weekends is ride our bikes over to the Cherry Creek trail that leads you to downtown Denver / RINO arts district. There you can catch a ballgame, attend shows and festivals, or just meet up with friends to grab drinks and a bite to eat. Or use the open spaces next to the townhouse to go for a walk or run on one of the many trails in Lowry. All of Lowry is Coveted, so it's very well kept / maintained. The townhouse has a lot of new upgrades less than 5 years old. New Floors throughout. Beautiful real hardwood floors! New carpet upstairs in the bedroom. New Samsung front load washer / dryer. Fresh paint. It looks beautiful inside, you won't be disappointed. Current tenant enforces a no shoes in the house rule (I did too when I lived there) so the house is kept very clean. The new Ideal tenant will continue this household tradition. If you made it this far, this might be the place for you. Cheers ! Hard no smoking and no pets policy. HOA, water, and sewer included in rent. Tenant responsible to pay electricity, gas, internet, and trash.
