I have an opening in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on Wright Avenue in Morgan Hill. We remodelled it a few years ago and the tenant I've had there have taken good care of it. I'll always do upgrades, but there just isn't much to do this go around. Kitchen: Tile floors, granite countertops, fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, nice kitchen sink. Kitchen cabinets and all appliances are 3 years old. Bathroom has tile floors. I have replaced all of the flooring. I have switched out the carpet for LVP flooring throughout. When I remodelled a few years ago, I added archways to the kitchen / living / dining rooms and took my nieces advice and added an accent color. There is a wall heater in the living room. I have added a wall air conditioning unit during the remodel. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. This is a ground floor unit, away from the street with a back storage area at the rear of the unit. There is a pantry, with plenty of shelving where I put my artistic side to use. We put in a laundry room several years ago, upgraded lighting in the parking lot and added security cameras. Parking is a carport for 1 car, a couple of open spaces, plus street parking. I am a local, hands on owner (unless it's too tough, but I know who to call when it is), who is only a phone call away. I take care of garbage and maintenance. I'll ask you to take care of PG&E, water and other utilities. We are asking for $2400 a month, and a $2400 security deposit. I'm not one of those "No Pets, No Smoking" kind of guys, but let's talk when you come by and see the place.
