The building has fob scanners on all exterior doors to secure the building. We have laundry and extra storage in the basement. The kitchen and private balcony have an incredible view of the Flatirons. The building is within walking distance to Chautauqua, the CU campus, The Hill, Pearl Street, Basemar shopping center, and on it's on the bus line.
