This is one of the nicest and newest condo complexes on Pensacola Beach. Each unit has one parking spot in the garage. The end units (units ending in 10 or 50) have more square footage, three bedrooms and have wrap around porches around the end of the building. Units ending in 10 face the sunrise and units ending in 50 face the sunset. To the west is Lafitte Cove where you can watch boats come in as the sun sets.
