Renwal available (to be discussed with the owner) September through December 2018 in a great and quiet location. Bus goes near this location (Stewart Street Bus) and it runs almost every 15 minutes depending on the traffic. Water, sewage and trash are included in the rent. The tenant pays for electric. The main bedroom has a full bathroom. The other bathroom is between the living room and the second bedroom. It has a spacious living room and kitchen. What comes in the unit is: washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwve with fan mounted in the kitchen and a dishwasher. The rest of the furniture you see in the picturs is not included. I have lived in this unit for two months only and the reason for subletting is because I am moving out of the state. I paid $950 security deposit. But I will give a discount so I get it subletted fast. You can pay me $800 for security deposit only and when you move out you can claim the security deposit of $950 from the landlord. The rent is $950 a month. But it is possible the rent goes down if you sign the lease for a longer term. You can discuss this with the owner as it was listed for $800 on thier website.
