The unit comes with a sixty-five-inch television and a 50-inch television (cable on one, only streaming on the other). Just five miles from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport. Driving distance to St. Petersburg (30 mins), Anna Maria Island (25 mins), Clearwater Beach (50 mins) and Ft. Myers Beach (50 mins). A background check will be conducted on all rental applicants over 18 years of age (required by the condo Association). If you are a married couple with the same last name and have had the same two previous addresses, you can be processed together and only pay $100 total. If any of those things do not apply, then you must be processed separately and pay $100 each. Cable (one box) and water are included in rent. Tenant pays for Internet and electricity.
