This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Renter will get a bedroom and a bathroom to themselves. Garage spot can be worked out with smaller cars. There is a fenced in back yard, back patio, 3 seasons room, large kitchen, dining room, and full downstairs with entertainment system. There is a dog in the house so preferably no pets but if yours and mine get along then we can figure pets out. I am looking for a roommate in this house. I already live there with my dog Henry. I want to make sure that I get along with whoever moves in so I will be asking to grab a beer and hang out with you for a bit prior to doing tours.
