*ZESTIMATE WRONG* The zestimate is using comps 7 miles away versus using comparables on the same street. Appraised Value in July 2007 was $172,000, the last two 3 br units that sold on the same street sold for $169,000 on 8/16/07 and $172,500 on 8/31/07 I have contacted Zillow on this issue, but based on the discussion forums, this is a common problem.
