It is a nice home, very well built and has had quite a few upgrades since we moved in in 2010. We have completely redone the bathroom and installed a whirlpool tub and new shower surround, tiled the floor, installed a new sink and toilet. Just last summer we installed a brand new 223 sqft deck on the back side of the house and ran a gas line from the house to the deck for the grill. We are willing to let the grill go with the home as well, it is only one year old. Furthermore, we just installed fresh carpet upstairs throughout. I currently work in moline, il and we are trying to move closer to work. New roof in 2014, New water line run from street to house in 2015, new water heater and new furnace both in 2018. The central air unit works very well and the house is equipped with a Radio Thermostat wifi / internet managed with mobile app or web portal. Average utility bill is around $230 per month. The house appraised for $94,000 in 2014, that was before the deck was added.
