This Beach Condo is one of the lost gems of clearwater beach, when midrise hotels and condos were the only hustle and bustle between bars, shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The high rise buildings on the beaches add a pop of luxory and elegance. Clearwater point condos provide the charm of residential leaving on the beach. This building is called the Yachthouse. It's one of four midrise (8-story) condos mixed in with lowrise (2-story) condos engulfing the entire south side of the island that is Clearwater Beach. The Yachthouse has beautiful morning views of the harbor, water, and the yacht club. Run, walk, or bike to the famous Clearwater Beach Pier daily, by sand, sidewalk, or street. Within minutes you can be anywhere on the island in flipflops and plenty of places to buy an extra set. Clearwater point has three luxurious pools for residents only, with poolside showers and restrooms. The main pool also has a hot tub, adjacent private wrap around beach, and plenty of new barbeque equipment, tables, umbrellas, etc. Pool security is always around if there are any questions or requests. Maintenace and Condo staff are also quick to respond and so are the owners (who live in Tampa) with any direct requests or concerns. Most units are owner-occupied second homes and make you feel right at home, like you've lived there for years. This Condo is an end unit on the Fourth Floor. It's currently available. Minimum rental period 3 months but is only available Sept - Dec (based on association restrictions), otherwise 6 months is required for any period of time. The Condo Association does not allow pets, not even visiting ones. This community is very tranquil considering it sits at end of Clearwater Beach. Building has recently been repainted and has a new roof. The main pool and barbeque are also recently updated. Two individual pool passes come with the unit; more may be available for purchase. Pool and building access are controlled by key-fob. Depending on the length of the lease, additional telecom access, as well as mailbox access, can be arranged. On premises security, maintenance, and administrative staff are friendly and always available. The owners live in Tampa and are also very responsive to any requests directly.
