The unit pictured, renting for $1800 is an upper level and will be ready for occupancy October 5th, 2024. These Sugarhouse apartment are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This apartment complex has a new owner that is committed to excellence. The upper unit ($1800), features new stainless steel appliances, bright lighting and contemporary color tones that give it a fresh updated feel. The main level unit ($1700), featuers new stainless steel appliances, bright lighting and a warmr color palet. The lower level unit has dark cabinetry and butcherblock countertops. It has a really nice, warm vibe. Both units share the exact same floor plan. This location in sugarhouse has convenient access to Fairmont Park, Trax, Nibley Park Golf Course, Sugarhouse shopping, and hip local restaurants.
