3 family house,that it has been owned for more then 40 years, by the same owner ,it needs work,2nd and 3rd floors, has not been rented for years,owner lives in the first floor...the house only has one old furnace,,and, only one water heater works. would not qualified for fha..please make sure to allowed at least 8 hours TO show it.AS IS....
